For Online Scheduling During Working Hours:

These are Primary Care appointments during Working Hours. We have extended hours until 8:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

You will choose your provider, pick a date and time, and choose the visit type of in office or virtual.

For Online Scheduling Outside of Working Hours:

We have virtual visits via Zoom on Tuesdays and Fridays 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

You will be seen by one of LISH’s Primary Care Providers. You will be required to have camera access on your device.
