How To Use The Patient Portal

Did you know when using the patient portal you can do the following?

  • View your medical records
  • Request refills on medications or view current medications you are taking
  • View or request labs/diagnostic reports
  • View or request referrals
  • Send a message to your doctor
  • View and update patient demographic information

Tips for Portal Password:

  • Your patient portal password cannot begin with a number or special character ($,%,&,*,=, etc.)
    but the password guidelines for the portal require you use a number and/or special character in your password
  • Password should be minimum 8 characters
  • Do not use words that can be found in the dictionary
  • Mix capital and lowercase letters
  • Include symbols like @ , _ , # , * and/or numbers
  • Don’t use a password that contains personal information (name, birth date, etc.)
  • Don’t use keyboard patterns (qwerty) or sequential numbers (1234)
  • Don’t make your password all numbers, uppercase letters or lowercase letters
  • Don’t use repeating characters (aaaazzzz)
